The BluzNdaBlood Show, “Back In Business, Part 2”!

Welcome back, everybody! It’s time for another BluzNdaBlood Show! This is your missing in action blues DJ  Dave Harrison coming at you from the River City of Virginia… Well, this show is gonna be a great one! This show continues with the theme of the last show, it’s “Back in Business, Part 2!”

Well, I started off the show with Shawn Holt and The Teardrops with their tune “Down In Virginia” off their brand new Blind Pig Records CD called Daddy Told Me.

On the full set, you’ll hear two songs from Albert Castiglia, “Lovin Cup” and Call Me When You Need Me” off his Blues Leaf Records CD Living the Dream.

Then a little blues/funk meets hip-hop with the Billy Jones Bluez playing “The Iceman” and “I’m A Bluesman” from his American Blues Recording Company CD, I’m A Bluesman.

Next up, our Women in Blues set stars the one and only Candye Kane with two great songs off her newest CD, Coming Out Swingin’! We hear the title track, “Coming Out Swingin'” and “Au Revoir Y’all”. This CD is out on Candye’s own label, Sister Cynic! Also with the Vizztone Music Label Group.

Well, the great Northern Virginia roots guitar player starts off our next set! It’s Tom Principato playing “Robert Johnson Told Me So” and “Knockin’ On The Door” from his newest Powerhouse Records CD, Robert Johnson Told Me So.

Steve Guyger ends this set with two songs off his Severn Records CD, Blues Radio. We’re treated to “Blues Won’t Let Me Be” and “I’m Shakin'”.
And we end up the show with two more songs from Shawn Holt and The Teardrops! It’s “Fannie Mae” and “little By Little”…

Well, you know the routine! Now that you’ve heard this great music, go out and by the music! Or better yet go out and see them live! Then buy their music and tell them you heard their music on The BluzNdaBlood Show, your first stop for the best of the blues!

Enjoy the show and keep in touch! Friend me on Facebook, check out my YouTube channel, and follow me on Twitter! Or better yet, e-mail me at dave@bluzndablood.com.
